Four Connection Technologies for Preλσcision Terminals
Precision terminal is a common conn"♥"βector product in industrial auγ∑ tomation industry. I→₽t has a wide range of fu₩☆♥nctions and absolute advantages₩β> in the field of wire connection and s×λignal transmission. End conne♥↔ction means the connecti₹☆on between the terminal contac☆ ♠¥t pair and the wire or cable. ∞✔Reasonable selection of connecti₩✘on mode and correct use of t₩∑∏erminal technology are als←≤εo an important aspect of the use a↓γnd selection of plas≤≠tic terminals.
welding
The m₹£ost common type of soldering i•✔s tin soldering. The most σ↔important thing in soΩ≈ldering connection is the continu> ★ity of metal between solder× γ and welded surface. Therσσ×efore, solderability is very imp≠$'>ortant for terminal ¶πand cold-pressed terminal.®↓" Tin alloy, silver and gold ≠£are the most common coatings on t ≤δhe welded ends of ring terminals. T¥$★¥he common welding ends of reed₹>• contact pair are pad₽ ↓ type, punching pad type and notched p±↓>§ad type. The pinhole conta↕σ₹ct pair has drilling arc nδ§↕otch type for common welding ends.
Crim$®↕ping
Pressing is a techn÷βique to compress and displace metals w'≠ithin specified limits and to connect wβ βδires to contact pairs. A good cΩα→←rimping connection can produce meta©♣ l melting flow, which makes the conduc★≠©tor and contact deform the material sym®♣metrically. This kind of connectio♥☆©n is similar to cold "αwelding connection, which can obtain b©γ&etter mechanical strength and e®Ωα≤lectrical continuity, and it can with¶≤≤stand worse environm¶♦✘ental conditions. At present, it is ge™δ&nerally believed that the correct crimp♠→∑€ing connection is better than tin ¶®•soldering, especially in the cas←♦©e of high current. Special '§÷crimping pliers or automatic '∏©and semi-automatic cr♦<♣♦imping machines shall be used for crimp"• ing. According to the ¶↔section of cold-pres₽φsed terminal and cold-pressed termin₩★φ al conductor, the contact pair✔≈£≥ conductor barrel should be se ↔®•lected correctly. It shou ↑ld be noted that the crimping conneπφction is permanent and can o÷× ♦nly be used once.
Wound ↔★§connection
Winding is the direct win®©ding of wires on the contact rod β¶☆with edges and corners. When φ♠ winding, the wire is wound under"✔ tension control, pre♥®ε₩ssed and fixed at the≥ edge and corner of the ♦ <÷contact part around the connecting≤↔φ¶ column to form air-ti≈₽ght contact. There are several requireδ←ments for winding conductor: thππe nominal value of con$≤β<ductor diameter should be in th±♠e range of 0.25 mm to 1.0 mm; the elong£π≠ation of conductor material sh↔₩<♠ould not be less than 15% when conduc←£≈×tor diameter is not greater than 0.5↕↓δ• mm; and the elongation of ↑₽₹πconductor material should not be>α less than 20% when con✘≥πductor diameter is greater than 0.5 ✔✘mm. The winding tools include a wind✔♣βing gun and a fixed win∏δding machine.
Screw connec €♥tion
Screw connection is the connectio'£Ωδn mode of screw connection precisio•β'÷n terminal. It reminds you to pay atten♦≤πtion to the maximum and minimum cro₩≥→↔ss-section allowed to connect wire∏>s and the maximum tightening m♠Ω€∑oment allowed by screw of diffe♥¶≤<rent specifications.
